Ot\u00e1zky byly zam\u011b\u0159eny na podnik\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b a m\u011bly zjistit, jak\u00fd n\u00e1zor maj\u00ed respondenti na vlastnosti team leader\u016f, tedy mana\u017eer\u016f pracovn\u00edch skupin.\tJak\u00e9 dovednosti posouvaj\u00ed zam\u011bstnance do pozice budouc\u00edho team leadera?V\u00fdsledky byly skute\u010dn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, posu\u010fte sami:\t\t51 procent respondent\u016f odpov\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee jsou to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence na vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni, tedy jin\u00fdmi slovy schopnost pracovat s\u00a0empati\u00ed, rozli\u0161ovat lidsk\u00e9 emoce a b\u00fdt schopni spolupr\u00e1ce se sv\u00fdmi pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi. Mimochodem, mnoho lid\u00ed si v\u016fbec neuv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligenci (EQ) maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm IQ, dokonce mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e lid\u00e9 s\u00a0nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm IQ. Samotn\u00e1 inteligence IQ tedy nen\u00ed t\u00edm prav\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem kvality \u010dlov\u011bka.\t\t41 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch odpov\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee \u017eivotn\u00ed a pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti na ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00farovni.\t\tPouh\u00fdch 8 % uvedlo vysok\u00fd stupe\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a inteligence odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed akademick\u00e9mu titulu.\tOdborn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a oborov\u00e1 specializace\t\t82 procent dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u00fasp\u011bch leadera za p\u0159edpokladu \u0161irok\u00e9ho z\u00e1b\u011bru v\u00edce obor\u016f.\t\t18 % pova\u017euje za dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed zku\u0161enosti v\u00a0\u00fazce specializovan\u00fdch oborech, v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b pouze v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed oblasti.\tN\u00e1zory na pracovn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch\t\t76 procent odpov\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee jsou pro n\u011b sm\u011brodatn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy k\u00a0tomu, aby m\u011bly pozitivn\u00ed vliv na celou spole\u010dnost.\t\tPolovina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch podn\u011bcuje \u010dlov\u011bka k\u00a0odvaze pustit se do ambici\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch akc\u00ed.\t\t48 % m\u00e1 z\u00a0dob\u0159e odveden\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce dobr\u00fd pocit.\t\tPro 43 % je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pochvala a respekt ze strany t\u00fdmov\u00fdch koleg\u016f.\t\t39 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch motivuj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky k\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnot\u011b a finan\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1zem\u00ed firmy.\t\t36 % by bylo hrd\u00fdch na firmu, ve kter\u00e9 pracuj\u00ed.\t\tPro 32 % znamenaj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee zvolen\u00e1 \u201ebusiness strategy\u201c je optim\u00e1ln\u011b nastavena.\t\t18 % mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed kolem 20 let pova\u017euje pracovn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy za perspektivu do dal\u0161\u00edho kari\u00e9rn\u00edho r\u016fstu a lep\u0161\u00edho finan\u010dn\u00edho ohodnocen\u00ed.\t\tPouh\u00fdch 6 % pova\u017euje v\u00fdsledky sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce jako odraz a obhajobu sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed.\t\tZhruba 77 procent dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee optim\u00e1ln\u00ed doba posunu do pozice team leadera od data n\u00e1stupu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed od 1 roku do 6 let.
